The main activities on the project are:
Activity 1. Activities, concerning the management and the administration of the project
- Determination of the team on the project and a team from the side of the partnership organizations for the effective realization of the envisaged on the project;
- Signing of the Partnership agreement;
- Development of inside documents regarding the report and the control on the realization of the project and the spending of the amounts on it.
Activity 2. Research of the tourist’s potential of the Mineralni bani municipality and Haskovo district.
The main goal of this activity is to establish the exact potential of the region regarding the tourism and to give directions for its future development.
- Preparation of report for the potential of the Mineralni bani municipality and the Haskovo district regarding the tourism and its alternative forms;
- Preparation of material for a map regarding the above mentioned;
- Collecting of material for the development of know-how on the project;
Activity 3. The project team conducting a visit in the Pisa Province, Italy, for experience and best practice exchange.
The activity is basic for the project and is dictated from the need of experience and best practice exchange of the partners.
- Carrying out a 3-days working visit in the town of Pisa, Italy, of working group from Bulgaria – 15 persons;
- Sharing of experience and establishment of interregional connections between the regional administration in Pisa, the municipality of Mineralni bani and the regional administration of Haskovo..
- Carried out a brief seminar for experience exchange.
Activity 4. Carrying out of a training “Marketing of the tourist products” – with participation of international lectors.
The training will be carried out in the village of Mineralni bani, Haskovo region and is important for the achievement of the goal of the project, as well for the satisfying of the established need, caused from the lack of capacity for implementing of marketing of the tourist product from the side of the domestic community and the institutions, realizing the state politic in the field of the tourism.
Activity 5. Carrying out a seminar “The Public private partnership – a precondition for the development of the tourist objects and the popularizing of the cultural and historical richness of the country”
The implementation of this seminar in the town of Haskovo is necessary for the establishment of partnership relations between the domestic partners and the participants in the process of the realizing of the tourist marketing.
Activity 6. Creating of know-how on the project
Within the project the following know-how units will be created, which will be disseminated from the leading organization and the partners on the project:
- Training book “Marketing of the tourist product”;
- Guide book of the tourist landmarks in the Mineralni bani municipality;
- Карта на туристическите забележителности в област Хасково;
- Multimedia CD.
Activity 7. Carrying out of International conference on the theme “Tourism development – basic factor in the sustainable development process in Bulgaria and the European Union”
The project will be presented on this conference in the town of Haskovo as well the created know-how on the project. In the conference will take a part representative of the partnership organizations.
Activity 8. Carrying out of info-days for popularizing of the opportunities for implementation of the rural, cultural and other forms of tourism in the region
Within the project will be carried out 6 rounds info-days for popularization of the opportunities for implementation of rural, cultural, historical and other forms of tourism on the territory of the Haskovo district in the following towns: Mineralni bani, Haskovo, Dimitrovgrad, Harmanli, Svilengrad and Ljubimets.
Activity 9. Information campaign
Regarding the reaching of the information to maximum number of users we foresee to carry out massive information campaign, which will include the following:
- Printing out and dissemination of information brochures;
- Production of posters for the info-days in the different towns;
- Development of internet section on the project in the website of the leading organization – HCCI;
- Publishing of press releases for the implementation of project;
- Carrying out a press conference for information of the public about the project.
